📋 Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for Internet and IPTV customers.
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, ONTs, and Wi-Fi devices under supervision.
- Monitor and update customer support tickets in the helpdesk system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical staff when necessary.
- Assist in onsite customer visits for installation and troubleshooting when required.
- Support the NOC team in routine maintenance activities.
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate service records.
- Learn and follow the company's technical support procedures and service standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers to ensure a positive support experience.
- Participate in technical training sessions and continuously improve networking knowledge.
- Perform other technical support duties assigned by the supervisor.
🎓 Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed BIT, BCA, B.Sc. CSIT, or an equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Final-year students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
🛠️ Skills
- Basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
- Router and ONT configuration (preferred)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Teamwork and time management
